Qualifications - GRADUATE OR MBA/ PGDM - Sales & Marketing

Years of Experience - 2 - 5 Yrs

Current Industry & Specific Experience - OEM / Automotive / Automobiles / Lubricants : Experience in dealer, institutional sales and bulk buyers like road transport companies, commercial transport unions, logistic companies , state transport organizations and educational institutes' fleet managers.

Behavioural Skills - Basic Sales skills , Networking skills, Strong implementation skills

Scope of Responsibilities - Identifying and building rapport with dealers or prospective dealers, fleet owners and transporters for the sales of the products.

Key Responsibilities - Managing deployment of Technicians in the area ; Guiding a team of 2-3 technicians ; Meeting sales & installation targets for the area ; Interact with business partners for meeting business targets ; Promotion of the products in the area and amongst the prospective customers ; Identifying new opportunities in the market and sharing market information with management.
