  • Strategically located in the NCR region (Manesar), near the KMP Expressway for easy accessibility.
  • Spanning 2.6 acres with a 70,000 sq. ft. covered area to accommodate efficient operations.
  • Supported by a team of multi-skilled professionals, all trained in-house for specialized ELV processing tasks.
  • Equipped with non-permeable flooring for safe and sustainable storage and processing of End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs)

Advanced Equipment

  • Features the Iris Mec, a state-of-the-art, discharge-free depollution machine that ensures no spillage or droppage during operation. The proprietary sparkles drilling process is utilized for safely piercing fuel tanks.
  • Utilizes a high-efficiency baler designed to process up to 20 tons of ELV shells per day. ensuring optimal performance and throughput.

RVSF Green Parts

At RVSF, we offer "Green Parts" at discounted rates. These are second-hand OE (Original Equipment) parts that are extracted from vehicles at the end of their useful life during the recycling process.
